The UK Border Agency has a number of contact centres in the UK to help customers, sponsors and employers and it is important that you read this section carefully so that you can be sure that we can answer any questions you might have. Many of the answers to general enquiries can be found on this website and we strongly advise customers to check the relevant section of this site before calling. The cost of the call will vary depending on your network provider and it is likely that calls from mobile phones will be considerably more. We strongly recommend that you check with your network provider for potential costs.
Please be aware that telephone calls may be recorded for quality purposes.
